Sportsbook Terms and Conditions
Live Betting

Our Live Betting allows you to bet during an ongoing match or event. Unless otherwise agreed between Maxent Limited and the Player, Maxent Limited will only accept bets after the commencement of an event covered by the Maxent Limited Live Betting service. For all other events not covered by Maxent Limited Live Betting service, any bets placed after the commencement of an event shall be deemed void.

You as the Player declare that you do not know and are not aware of the outcome of the event when placing the respective bet.

The Live Betting schedule can be amended at any time due to changes in transmission plans by broadcasters. You are advised that media forms of communication on live events (such as websites, radio and television), may also contain a delay in relaying the real-time action.

Results are updated continuously throughout play, meaning that the player will know how his bet is fairing.

Maxent Limited does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it is not possible to place a bet, and/or the live score update is not correct. At all times it is the clients responsibility to be aware and confirm the score.

All bets are settled according to general betting rules. Contrary to non-live bets, once placed, Live Betting bets cannot be cancelled by the Player.

In the case that odds change during the bet placement process, the bet shall not be accepted.

Should a bet be placed at an incorrect price (outdated odds, score etc.) due to delayed live coverage of an event and in case a team has gained a significant advantage, bets will be voided.

Live bets on the result of a match or event shall be refunded if the match or the event is not finished. In case of special bets (ex. next goal, next card), if the referred events are not yet verified at the moment of suspension of the game and cannot be verified in anyway the bets placed on such referred events shall be refunded.

General Betting Rules
  1. Special betting rules apply to certain types of sport and betting markets. Customers are required to initially take note of these special betting rules because they have preference over the General Betting Rules.

  2. In addition to the general and special betting rules some markets have specific rules which can be found next to the respective market.

  3. Sports bets can be made as single, combination (accumulated bets) or system bets. Single bets may not be allowed for certain types of sports or events. Details of this can be taken from the current rating list (e.g. min. 3 games).

  4. The result after normal game time applies for all sports. Possible extra time or penalty shoot-outs do not affect the evaluation of winnings. Exceptions to this are made known either at betting markets or in special rulings for the sports.

  5. If the party on which the bet has been placed does not start regardless of the reasons but the event itself goes ahead the bet has been lost. This applies to all sports bets. However, if the entire betting event does not take place the bets will be declared invalid.

  6. Dead heat: If two or more participants in a sporting event are declared winners, the betting odds will be divided accordingly.

  7. Ante-post bets

    • In general ante-post bets are offered for the turnout of a major event (tournament). For example, the bet could be offered in the form of a question: Which football team will win the world cup? Who will win the Wimbledon tennis tournament? Which team will be relegated in the German Bundesliga?
    • Ante-post bets are offered regardless of whether or not all participants are listed or take part. All stakes for ante-post bets are lost if the participant or team, on which the bet was placed fails to take part or gives up.
    • The actual result is based on the last game/event (e.g. final match or last day of play) at midnight (local time of the event). Changes to the result made after this point – regardless of the reason – have no effect on the evaluation of the betting event.
    • If two or more participants share a particular final position, the rates/odds are divided by the number of participants sharing the position.
  8. All information provided by Maxent Limited is without guarantee, especially starting times, results, statistics, live scores etc. may change without Maxent Limited’s knowledge or may be incorrectly transmitted by third parties. All odds are subject to fluctuation.

  9. If additional information is displayed on the respective market (contest like league, cup or friendly match, shortened playing time, match venue, etc.), Maxent Limited takes no responsibility for the correctness of this information. The determination of the winnings cannot be affected by this information.

  10. Maxent Limited offers a number of betting markets for sporting event that are always displayed in the up-to-date form of the website. It is generally prohibited to bet on different betting markets for one sporting event in a combination bet (e.g. Liverpool wins and final result 1:0 for Liverpool).

  11. Change of Venue - For any team sport: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will be void only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team.

  12. Multiples - A multiple bet consists of a number of different chosen selections in any individual event market.

  13. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, terminate or limit any bet or wager for any reason.

  14. If a multiple contains a selection that is being voided the odds for this selection will be set to 1, i.e. if the multiple contains the selections over 2.5 goals in game A (odds=2) x home in game B (odds=1.5) and game B is being voided the odds for this multiple will be 2 x 1 = 2.

  15. If a multiple contains a selection that is being settled ‘Half Win’ the total odds are calculated as: one Win and one Half Win, odds (selection1) x (odds (selection2)/2 + 1/2). If a multiple contains a selection that is being settled ‘Half Lose’ the total odds are calculated as: one Win and one Half Lose, odds (selection1) x 1/2

  16. Settled outcomes. There are five different settled outcomes being used: Win, Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarter (0.25, 0.75, 1.25 etc.). If a bet is placed on over 2.25, half of the stake is placed on over 2 and half of the stake is placed on over 2.5. If the game ends with exactly two goals (1-1, 2-0 or 0-2) the bet placed on over 2 is settled tie and the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled lose. This is called Half lose. If the game ends with more than two goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than two goals the bet is settled lose. If a bet is placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and half of the stake is placed on over 3. If the game ends with exactly three goals (2-1, 3-0, 1-2 or 0-3) the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled as win and the bet placed on over 3 is settled tie. This is called Half win. If the game ends with more than three goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled lose.

  17. Users are prohibited from placing several identical bets on the same match, in order to bypass limits. This will be considered as a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may lead in the account being blocked.

  18. Such Terms and Conditions are to be considered in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions.
